Situated in the old county of Gwent in South East Wales. The Torfaen League covers the area of the County Borough of Torfaen.

The league started in the 1960s as the Cwmbran League and in 1976 it absorbed the clubs in the north of the borough to become the Torfaen League.

We run three competitive divisions at Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16 and non-competitive mini football for Under 7, Under 8, Under 9, Under 10 and Under 11. Overall we cater for around 1200 young people up to the age of 16 which makes us, probably, the largest youth organisation in the borough.
